  1. If your a Windows 10 Insider I would stay away from this company. At first it started eating apps then browsers then pieces of my O/S. That’s When my high tech mind jumped into gear & I pulled the plug. I called them & ask them, will say, what the heck is going on, they said it is the HMA! Pro VPM by AVG that’s doing it. I plug the computer back in & that program went poof in the night, so I start to remove ( I had the $100.00 Ultimate ) it with uninstall but when I went to the files it was still there, back on the phone. They would remove the rest of it for some God awful price or I could DL the removable tool free. After I DL it, it took me about 2 minutes to find were it said it could take any information off the computer. I couldn’t do that I am under contractual agreement with M/S, that’s my word & I wouldn’t betray M/S for any amount of money. So I called M/S on a secure line & they kicked it up & then a very good young girl tech removed W10 from my computer & loaded a new copy of the home version & told me to stay on it & I did for 2 days. I have been with M/S for 25 yrs. & a Windows 10 Insider on the fast rung for over 2.5. That’s what I do. I know the risks, & I am willing to take them. It cost me close to $200.00, but I am having fun & I sleep well. Just be careful.
